These terms govern your use of Upmazing (“the Service”), operated by Upmazing Technologies. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

Upmazing detects chart patterns and presents delayed intraday (approximately 15 minutes) and end-of-day market data with educational analysis for Indian markets. It is not investment advice.

2. Not a Research Analyst or Advisor

We are not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst, Investment Advisor, or Stock Broker, and do not provide buy/sell recommendations, price targets, or portfolio management.

3. Subscription & billing

The Service costs ₹299/month or ₹2,499/year, inclusive of 18% GST (HSN/SAC 998314), processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; cancel anytime.

4. Refunds

A refund is available within 7 days of your first payment. Renewals are not refundable, but you may cancel to stop future renewals.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or alerts, attempt to breach security, or use the Service unlawfully.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Markets carry risk; past performance does not guarantee future results. To the extent permitted by law, Upmazing Technologies is not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the Service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
