About this page
The results calendar lists every scheduled board meeting for quarterly results on NSE, grouped by day and running forward from today. When a company actually files its results, the row gains a filed tick with the exchange timestamp — so the page shows both what is scheduled and what really happened.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find when a company reports its quarterly results?
Companies intimate the exchange before the board meeting that approves results. This calendar lists those scheduled dates day by day, and once the results are actually filed, the row shows a filed tick with the exchange timestamp.
Why does a results date sometimes change?
The date is what the company stated in its notice, and companies can and do move meetings. The calendar reflects the latest scheduled date from the exchange feed, refreshed twice a day.
What does “no filing yet” mean on a past date?
The board meeting was scheduled, and no results filing has been matched to that day yet. It is a status, not a judgement — filings often land in the evening, and some arrive the next day.
Are board meetings for things other than results shown?
Yes — the Board meetings tab lists meetings called for fund raising, buybacks, allotments and other purposes, with the purpose quoted from the company’s own notice. Board meetings are NSE-forward only right now.
