1. What we collect

Account details (phone, optional email), your watchlists and scanner preferences, and basic usage analytics. We do not collect bank or trading-account credentials.

2. How we use it

To run the Service — authentication, alerts, personalisation, billing, and support — and to improve the product.

3. Data sources & processors

Market data from NSE/BSE; payments via Razorpay; OTP/SMS via MSG91; email via Resend. Each processes only what’s needed for its function.

Usage analytics via Google Analytics 4: page views and product events such as the stock symbol or scanner you viewed and watchlist adds — identified by symbol or scanner name only, never your name, phone number or email. Google sets its own cookies (_ga) to tell visitors apart. We keep Google signals and ad-personalisation switched off, and Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

4. Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), session tokens live in HttpOnly cookies, PII is encrypted at rest, and traffic is over HTTPS.

5. Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion by contacting us.
