The insider disclosures page collects every SEBI PIT and SAST filing across NSE and BSE into one list — who traded, buy or sell, the quantity, and the stake before and after, taken from the filings themselves. Filings published as scans and filings whose own arithmetic does not reconcile are shown marked and kept out of every total, because a filing that exists is a fact even when its figures are not.

Where do these disclosures come from?
From the exchanges' own SEBI PIT (Prohibition of Insider Trading) and SAST (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) disclosure feeds and filings. Each row links to the original filing document.
Why do some rows show no figures at all?
A share of filings is published by the exchange as a scanned image, so no figures are machine-readable. Those rows say so and carry the document link — the company and the filing time are the whole of what can be stated.
What does the DERIVED tag on a price mean?
Most filings state no per-share price. Where a filing gives a total value and a quantity, the price is divided out and labelled derived — and it is only shown when it sits in a sane band around the stock's recent close. A blank is a blank, never a guess.
What is an unverified row?
A filing whose own numbers do not reconcile: holding before, plus the shares traded, does not give the holding after that it states. It is shown exactly as filed, marked, and kept out of every total on the page.
What do PIT 7(2) and SAST 29(2) mean?
They are the SEBI regulations a filing is made under. PIT 7(2) covers insider trades above ₹10 lakh in a quarter; SAST 29 covers acquirers crossing (or moving 2% around) the 5% shareholding threshold; SAST 31 covers promoter share pledges.
